or by calling us at 602-793-0263. Soon our website will allow you to purchase our prints directly through a secure on-line ordering system. Until then, we believe the best way to ensure the accuracy of your order to discuss it directly with us. We accept all major credit cards.
Delivery Please realize that all orders are created from scratch to your specifications. Please allow two to three weeks delivery time on all orders. We will gladly rush your order when feasible for a 15% surcharge.
Shipping All orders are shipped UPS ground unless otherwise requested by customer. Customer is responsible for furnishing accurate shipping information. Customer is liable for all excess shipping charges due to incorrect shipping information. We can also ship using expedited methods if you prefer. Shipping fees vary depending on destination and print size.
Returns Your complete satisfaction is paramount to us. We want to be certain that purchasers of our original prints are totally satisfied and that the artwork meets every expectation you had for your investment. Defective merchandise will be replaced free of charge for claims made within ten days of receipt of shipment. You may exchange your print within ten days of purchase for another image of same size, or upgrade to a larger size. All returns must be authorized by LightCatcher Studio.
